The Madame Jeanette is a sharp pepper, which is especially popular in Suriname. Not to be confused with the even hotter Yellow Aji Umba.
The peppers are very hot but also have a special aroma. On a scoville scale, they fall between 100.00 and 350,000 units. Sow seeds of Madame Jeanette Peper indoors from the end of March to the beginning of June at a minimum of 20 °C or preferably in a greenhouse. Repot after about 7 weeks and guide with rope or Plant support sticks.
